Anti Virus
The internet has become, in one way or another, an important tool for every business in this digital age. Keeping devices protected from the “nasties” out there is a concern for most business owners. Having adequate Anti Virus protection is paramount.
As part of our managed solutions we offer Avast CloudCare, an Anti Virus product that is not only business class, but is also centrally monitored by us, your Managed Service Provider.
Alerts of infections are emailed to our support desk, and if necessary, we take action. Or if preferred alerts can be sent to yourselves.
You only pay for what you use, billing is done monthly, you can cancel or remove any or all devices by giving just 30 days’ notice.
Pricing for this service is split in to three tiers; Retail, Business and Charity. To qualify for business pricing, you must have a minimum monthly spend of £5 + VAT per month. To qualify for charity, you must be a non-profit organisation* and have a minimum monthly spend of £5 + VAT per month. Otherwise retail pricing will apply.
