Press CTRL + ALT + DEL on your Keyboard.
Click Task Manager.
Click More options (if shown)
Click performance.
If you have Windows 10..
Or if you have Windows 11..
Your uptime is shown at the bottom. First number is days (underlined in red in the picture below).
In this example, 0 days, 1 hour, 32mins and 15 seconds.
